Our commitment to customer satisfaction is a personable one. Very rarely do we have problems with our merchandise. However, in the unfortunate event that a product arrives damaged, please take a picture of the defective part and send it to us via email or picture message to our phone number. We will most certainly send you a replacement part or table. Please contact us no more than thirty days after purchase if you would like to set up a return. Especially for any electronic items and Sierra massage tables. Warranty covers up to 1-year for parts and damage. This does not include the carry case or upholstery. Shipping InfoWe have several locations throughout the U.S. that we will typically ship from. Product availability and your shipping address will determine where we ship your order from. Our goal is to get your product to you as soon as possible and we accomplish this by shipping from our nearest location to you. Tracking numbers will be sent to your email within 1-3 business days of purchase.
