Turn on the Massager
Connect the cord to the adapter/car adapter. Press the Power Button (first button) to turn on the massager. Press Power Button when the massager is on to turn the massager off.
This massager is programmed to shut off after 15 minutes of massage to prevent excessive massage symptoms such as inflammation and muscle aches.
Adjust Direction of Rotation
Press the Direction Button (second button) to change direction of spin.
Adjust Speed
There are 3 levels of speed: 45/52/60 spin per minute. Press the Speed Button (third button) to adjust for optimal speed.
Turn on/off the Infrared Heat Mode
The Heat Mode is on default when the massager is on. Press the Heat Button (fourth button) again to turn the Heat Mode off.
